Snacking on olives, Turkish coffee and fresh pita with hummus on Mount Carmel with you and the Druze is something I’ll always remember! I also really liked the high-end shops that we stopped by, even though I’m not a shopper. Twenty five hundred year-old Phoenician blown glass isn’t something that I get to see daily!
